As the collection had a very graphic look and feel to it, key hair stylist, Pasquale Ferrante of ION Studio for Davines, decided to take the simple ponytail and then stack it to add an unexpected twist.
1) To start, Ferrante employed the Davines For Wizards No. 14 Sea Salt Primer to add texture and to lift the root of the hair.

2) He then blow dried the hair to add some movement and spritzed it with Davines Defining Invisible Hair Spray. This gave appearance of a messy top with slicked back sides.
3) Next, Ferrante took two elastic strings, doubled them, and knotted them together. He separated the hair into two sections (top and bottom).

- Hair stylist Pasquale Ferrante of ION Studio for Davines gives this simple ponytail a twist.
The bottom section was wrapped into a low ponytail while the top section was put into a pony tail above it.
4)The two were then joined together.
The reinforcement of the bottom ponytail allows the hair to keep the shape and height.
